The historic villa, the original soul of the property, bears all the marks of tradition.
Stone draws the geometries of the arches and vaults.
The many furnished open-air spaces (verandas, pergolas) are designed for enjoying, in absolute peace and privacy, the colours of a lush garden where green, in all its shades, meets the white of the façades and the warmth of the stone and terracotta floors, offering guests the charm of the past and an understated, carefully tended comfort.
THE POOL
A dip in the blue, among dry-stone walls and centuries-old olive trees
Climbing a few stone steps, the view opens onto a space of calm.
An old cistern has been transformed into a welcoming pool designed to blend in perfectly with the surrounding landscape.
The pool, with its dual depth, is surrounded by a spacious stone-paved sun terrace, fitted with comfortable wooden loungers and deckchairs, and ringed by historic olive trees.
Here time is marked by the rustle of the leaves; you can relax on the wooden loungers, cool off under the convenient outdoor shower or enjoy the sunset from one of the small terraces overlooking the landscape that stretches all the way to the sea.

The taste of sharing
We want our guests to also be able to choose the pleasure of conviviality. That is why we have created a shared area dedicated to breakfast and moments of relaxation.
A veranda with white arches framing corners of greenery, it is the place where every morning we welcome you with the aroma of coffee and the authentic flavours of typical Apulian products, served on a large communal table.
A sheltered, cool space, enriched with comfortable masonry seating, where you can plan the day's excursions or simply enjoy the quiet of the morning.
THE MAGNOLIA
Guardian of our oasis
It rises at the heart of the house, so much so that it has become its symbol.
The Magnolia, with its glossy leaves, fragrant flowers and calm grandeur, offers protective shade and invites us to rediscover a slower pace.
It is around her that the life of our property unfolds.
All around, a lush and carefully tended Mediterranean vegetation: the succulents, the fruit trees, the olive trees, the vegetable garden and the dry-stone walls frame corners of lawn.
